Internship in Shanghai:
Training & Development Assistant 
“Support HR Shared Services in SAP China"


Tasks:
&#8226;	Support the Training & Development function with the organization and 
administration of trainings, and help ensure quality and efficiency of trainin
gs 
&#8226;	Support in various projects for creating an effective T&D Structure fo
r a fast growing dynamic Company
&#8226;	Support other HR functions in Shared Services like Recruitment and HR 
Operations
&#8226;	Run projects in HR as agreed


Needed Skills or Profile: 
&#8226;	Strong interest in Human Resources
&#8226;	Basic knowledge in HR
&#8226;	Areas of Expertise (Major): Training & Development, HR
&#8226;	Internship or Project Experiences with Any organizations 
&#8226;	Good English (both verbal & written)
&#8226;	Good communication skills
&#8226;	Service oriented

Terms:
4-6 months internship, 4 days per week
Start date: December 2006
Location: Shanghai  Zhangjiang
