职位描述(Job Descriptions)
Job Description: Responsible for performing purchasing activities which may include:
·find new suppliers and evaluate them
·ask suppliers for price offers and compare them
·contact vendors to obtain prices and scheduled deliver dates.
·preparing contract text according to the negotiated conditions
·assure that the right items are delivered in time. Assignments require initiative regarding pricing, cancellations discontinued items, invoice discrepancies, etc.Deal with the customer call & inquiry
·maintaining records of invoices, purchases, logistics, customs and other related documentation; Job Requirement:
·University degree in mechanical engineering
·At least 3 years related experience in similar industry
·good English is required. German language skills would be an advantage
·experienced user of MS Office tools, experience with ERP System
