Responsibility:
-Minimize machine downtime thereby increasing machine utilization factor
-Benchmark equipment for technology advancement
-Co-ordinate resolution of equipment-related issues
-Install and set up new equipment as well as equipment connectivity
-Conduct training for new equipment implementation
Requirements:
-Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
-Experience in a semiconductor industry
-Knowledge of Mold, Laser Mark, Ball Attach, Trim-Form & Singulation.
