职位描述: Shell is expanding rapidly in mainland China. Shell's focus in mainland China is to provide clean energy solutions that are sustainable over the long term, that support the country's growth and help reduce environmental impacts.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of pricing initiatives and monitoring of local response. Also responsible for effective application of price management tools and processes.
Support delivery of OUs indirect/direct channel management plans and priorities ensuring they are fully integrated and coherent within the overall indirect /direct channel management strategies.
Ensure brand is deployed to Global requirements and that BSP targets are achieved in local market.
Responsible for new product introduction (NPI) process including product withdraws. Also manage other activities such as SKU rationalization and general product management.
Jointly with B&C team, design and develop B&C activities, which drive growth of business, and ensure they are effectively implemented.
Carry out customer, competitor and market analysis as key input into the annual marketing plan. Manage and maintain up to date situation analysis and its interpretation based on detailed understanding of market dynamics & trends, customers & competition.
Requirements:
Understanding of the Lubricants business.
Proven track record of success in commercial business activities; sales or marketing.
Strong business analytical skills, experience and understanding of the complex multi channel, multi stakeholder environment in the cluster.
Strong interface / stakeholder management skills and proven ability to work with, influence and lead diverse teams.
Candidates must be authorized to work in China and be willing to accept a local package.
