Job Title: IT Coordinator

Operation:  Service & Sales Shanghai 
Department:  Asia Pacific IT
Supervisor:  IT Director, Asia Pacific

General Job Description：	
Mainly focus on purchasing assistance. Work partially with Helpdesk by answeri

ng hotline and assigning cases to support staff. 

Specific Job Responsibilities：
1、Perform purchasing claim
2、Follow up with purchasing processes and push to the end
3、Partially provide IT Helpdesk support for Asia Pacific by taking call and a

ssigning to support staff

Specific Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required：
1、Good English communication, both written and spoken
2、Capable of handling purchasing tasks
3、Team work and customer focused
	
Qualifications：
1、Diploma holder or above of Computer Science and Technology or relative spec

ialty (will graduate in 2007)	
2、Purchasing handling experience is preferred
3、General computer technology capability
4、Great interpersonal and communication skills
5、Highly detailed oriented
6、A positive attitude combined with a high level of initiative and willingnes

s to take on new tasks
7、Excellent keyboarding skills and a high level of proficiency using the foll

owing computer software: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
8、Female is preferred
