es to join its Global R & D Center in Wuxi/China. The selected candidates will
 work closely with TWMC R & D staffs in USA in the future and will be trained

Position:  Electrical Engineer  (3 Persons)
 
Qualification
•	Ph.D or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, specially in electric
 machinery (motors and generators)
•	Over 2 years experience in FEA of Electro-magnetic field applying for 
electric machines (such as Magnet, Ansys, etc.)
•	Knowledgeable in fundamentals of electrical design concepts for motors
 and generators (such as induction, synchronous, etc.)
•	Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking
•	Knowledgeable in reading customer technical specification and provide 
technical supports to marketing (Quotation or questions)


Responsibilities
•	Creating finite element models and conducting finite element analysis 
using commercial FEA codes
•	Using advanced computational methods to improve performance and charac
teristics of motors and generators
•	Performing electrical measurements using modern instruments and interp
reting the results to improve the new/existing products
•	Recommending improvements to electrical design programs
•	Participating in new product development
•	Providing technical supports for Marketing and troubleshooting in shop
 and service division


 
Position:  CFD Engineer   (1 person)
 
Qualification
•	Ph.D or Master degree in Ventilation and Thermal Engineering, speciall
y in electric machinery ventilation or cooling (motors and generators)
•	Over 2 years experience in CFD using Fluent software
•	Over 2 years experience in 3D modeling using commercial software (such
 as CATIA)
•	Knowledgeable fundamentals in ventilation and cooling design concepts

•	Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking
•	Knowledgeable in reading customer technical specification and provide 
technical supports to marketing (Quotation or questions)




Responsibilities
•	Creating 3D models using Catia 3D and conducting CFD analysis using Fl
uent software
•	Using advanced computational methods to improve performance and charac
teristics of motors and generators
•	Performing thermal or flow measurements using modern instruments and i
nterpreting the results to improve the new/existing products
•	Recommending improvements to thermal/flow design programs;
•	Participating in new product development
•	Providing technical supports for Marketing and troubleshooting in shop
 and service division



 
Position: Mechanical Engineer  (5 Persons) 
Qualification 
•	PhD or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering
•	Over 2 years experience in design of mechanical components of motors (
such as induction and synchronous)
•	Over 2 year experience in finite element analysis (FEA) methods to dev
elop models of structures for motor components and systems (stator, rotor, bea
ring, fans, bearing brackets, and frame)

Responsibilities 
•	Creating finite element models and conducting finite element analysis 
using commercial software
•	Conducting critical speed analysis using commercial software
•	Performing vibration and noise measurements using modern instruments a
nd interpreting the results
•	Recommending improvements to mechanical design programs
•	Participating in new product design 
•	Proficient in communicating and coordinating design reviews and discus
sion with other team members 
•	Proficient in understanding standard motor manufacturing processes and
 tools such as balance machine
•	Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking


•	Providing technical supports for Marketing and troubleshooting in shop
 and service division
 
Position:  Technician (2 Persons) 
Qualification 
•	Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
•	Knowledgeable in fundamental of electrical or mechanical theory
•	Proficient in programming using VB, Fortran or VC
•	Good English skills in writing, reading and speaking
•	Communicating with team members actively  
Responsibilities
•	Creating codes for electrical, mechanical and thermal designs 
•	Recommending improvements to electrical, mechanical and thermal design
 programs
•	Participating in new product design
