Job Profile
1. Nationality: PRC national
2. Education: A Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business
3. Languages: Mandarin and English
4. Age: 25 - 35 years old
5. Functions:
· Take lead or participate in providing consulting services in one or more areas of strategy clarification, organization development, performance management, compensation programs, competency modeling, change of corporate culture etc.
· Cultivate good relationship with existing and new clients across different industries and to generate new projects.
· Manage projects according to the pre-established budget and deadlines.
· Share knowledge and experience with other team members.
· Contribute to the business development and brand building process
6. Experience:
Extensive experience in one of the following areas: strategy clarification, organization development, performance management, compensation programs, job competency, or corporate culture
7. Skills and Knowledge:
· Interpersonal skills;
· Strong learning skills;
· Effective teamwork and presentation skills
· Excellent Spoken /Written English
· Good communication skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to work with people and passion to succeed
