职位描述：
Exchange UE/Loc team is responsible for the quality assurance of all localized Exchange, and also working on all User Education content quality assurance, how to ensure the high quality of 10+ languages Exchange Servers, 46+ client languages is really a challenge to you, you are welcome to join us and unleash your potential in ATC.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects assigned to you; work with your V- team to deliver high quality products.
Build and manage your V- team, and drive the V-team through planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution of Exchange server and UE testing.
Help improve Loc/UE testing efficacy.
Communication with Redmond teams to clarify all necessary information.
Qualifications:
Has passion for testing.
Deep understand test method, process and bug management.
Windows, Win32, .NET (C#) design and testing skills.
Previous experiences in MS products, especially in Server products.
Excellent English and Chinese communications skills, both spoken and written, required.
BA or BS in Computer Science or related field.
Exchange background will be a plus.
People management experience will be a plus
