职位描述：
Shell is expanding rapidly in mainland China. Shell's focus in mainland China is to provide clean energy solutions that are sustainable over the long term, that support the country's growth and help reduce environmental impacts.
Responsibilities:
Formulate Retail network development strategy;
Align network activities with the whole retail business strategy;
Establish good relationship with local authorities & potential partners to pave the way for the team to expand the network;
Ensure the quality of the network in terms of ROI and legal integrity;
Ensure the engineering work (incl. Construction & Maintenance) is delivered timely, cost-effective and fit for operation;
Explore more ways for network expansion in the local context, incl. Alliance, etc;
Ensure all network activities comply with Shell business principles and HSSE standards;
Provide coaching to the team and to support the team's development.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree and above;
Excellent negotiation and personal relationship skills;
Strong analytical capability;
Business acumen with relevant finance knowledge;
Strong Leadership capability;
Fluent in English.
