职位描述： ob responsibilities: 1. Manage the program and services delivery to clients 2. Assist to develop the market for New Concept Mandarin services in the designated city 3. Manage other trainers 4. Do some teaching 5. Assist to achieve sales targets 6. Promote the New Concept Mandarin standards for job performance and integrity by creating a work environment that encourages teamwork and cooperation. 7. Build up the prospect and students-clients database Requirements: 1. Excellent leadership and management skills 2. Able to conduct classroom lessons according to the New Concept Mandarin curriculum and methodology. 3. Passion and commitment to education and training. 4. Effective negotiation, sales skills, 5. Excellent English and communication skills 6. Standard Mandarin 7. Bachelors degree or above. 8. Willing to work flexible hours and shifts 9.
