We are hiring:

 

Investment Associates & Analysts:
 
Responsibilities: To participate in all aspects of the deal process:
 
·
 Evaluate new investment opportunities, source/screen deals
 
·
 Conduct due diligence- industry research, company research
 
·
 Perform valuation analysis and financial analysis of target companies and ind
ustries
 
·
 Portfolio tracking and portfolio management
 
·
 Produce investment reports for partners, investors and regulators
 

 
Requirements: Seeking super-ambitious entrepreneurial person with top-notch an
alytical and writing skills. Must be able to thrive in independent, entreprene
urial, relatively unstructured environment.  Specifics:
 
·
 3+ years of professional experience in China as analyst/associate at top inve
stment bank, M&A shop, strategy consulting firm, or reverse merger shop
 
·
 Good knowledge/contacts in these sectors: retail, consumer goods, hospitality
, travel, leisure, alternative/renewable energy
 
·
 PRC/Hong Kong or Taiwan native with fluent English
 
·
 Bachelors degree from top 10 Chinese university
 
·
 Strong financial modeling and analysis skills; CFA/CPA ideal
 
·
 Excellent communications skills especially in writing investment reports and 
presentations
 
·
 Can demonstrate good attention to detail and creative problem solving skills 
e.g. going beyond what’s asked to get job done
 
·
 Willing to travel and work long hours
