KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Business Planning and Analysis responsibilities: ?#128;?Support business controller with management reports preparations, analysis and comparing past budget /Latest Estimates. ?#128;?Prepare and review various analysis to ifdentify the most important trends for focusing our resources and efforts. ?#128;?Responsible for LE and STP data input into Planwell for all business groups and CMO; ?#128;?Responsible for Latest Estimate and STP budget reconciliation for China Area. ?#128;?Support Month end closing process ?#128;?Manage the monthly consolidation for China Area. Ensure that consolidation process is properly controlled and reviewed for China Area. ?#128;?Month end reconciliation of different accounting and marketing system (LEAP, cc-tool, PRS and R3) to ensure the numbers reported is accurate for China Area. ?#128;?Explain the discrepancy and communicate wrong postings to HK/TW/regional businss controller to make adjustments ?#128;?Variance analysis for actual vs LE vs STP and highlight the major discrepancy for China Area ?#128;?Communicate planning, closing and reporting schedule to all regions, HK and TW ?#128;?Update new product related ION for all business groups on time for China Area ?#128;?Communicate planning, closing and reporting schedule to all regions, HK and TW 2.Procurement Tool ?#128;?Checking of system PR is accurately coded with correct CC/ION/GL Code ?#128;?Month end analysis of actual spending and manual accrual process ?#128;?Update marketing team on actual spending by Prepare monthly receipt analysis and vendor analysis 3.Project analysis ?#128;?Support management team in budget adjustment analysis; ?#128;?Support Channel marketing head in customer marketing investment analysis; ?#128;?Assist in special project and vaiance analysis for China Area; ?#128;?Assist in physical sighting of fixed asset and ensure correct asset register is maintain in CC Tool 4. Accounting, Controlling and Tax Responsibility ?#128;?Ensure marketing expense and Overhead transactions are compliance with Nokia accounting policies and appropriate recognition of revenues and expenses. ?#128;?Ensure that Marketing expenses transaction are SOX compliance; ?#128;?Assist in Design and conduct Internal Audit and Control Mechanism. Ensuring that appropriate internal policies exist to control the finances of the company. ?#128;?Support the financial accounting and reporting processes including recording of necessary accruals, facilitation of the procurement/ purchasing process. ?#128;?Ensure that all information necessary for consolidation at China Area is reported in a timely and consistent manner; ?#128;?Provision and Prepare monthly stamp duty payable information; ?#128;?Ensure marketing Vendor contract are properly filed with Legal; ?#128;?Support the year-end external auditing
Qualifications
NEEDED COMPETENCIES & SKILLS: ?#128;?Good analytical skills and business sense with high degree of integrity and maturity ?#128;?Process-oriented, systematic thinking and mapping of processes ?#128;?Highly proactive, well organized and attention to details with ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment ?#128;?Fluent in English ?#128;?Computer literate, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word ?#128;?Previous exposure to SAP or other ERP application ?#128;?Preferably from FMCG industry. EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCTION: . Qualified Accountant with CA/ACCA/CPA accreditation . University Degree in Accountancy or Business Finance
