工作职责：
1.负责前台电话接听及转接工作，协助公司同事接通国际长途，并根据公司规定接待来访者；
2.负责所有邮件及内外部文件传递分发工作；
3.负责会议室预定及协调工作；
4.负责前台相关费用摊销。
要求：
1.大专学历以上；
2.1至2年工作经验，有外企工作者优先考虑；
3.良好的英文听说读写能力；
4.熟练使用Word， Excel and PowerPoint。

拜耳医药保健是拜耳集团的子集团，总部位于德国的勒沃库森，主要研究开发、生产和销售用于预防、诊断和治疗疾病的原研产品，致力于提高人类及动物的健康水平。拜耳医药保健在全球是由动物保健、消费者保健、糖尿病保健、专业诊断系统和处方药共5个部门组成。2005年拜耳医药保健全球销售额达94亿欧元。同年拜耳通过收购罗氏非处方药部门，已经跻身世界非处方药三强；拜耳医药的处方药部继续专注于心血管病、糖尿病、感染和泌尿系统等常用药物领域，并加速发展专科药物，如肿瘤药物的开发。
拜耳医药保健在中国市场的飞速发展起始于20世纪90年代｡1995年在北京开始建立现代化药品生产工厂，1997年，药品生产线开始运转。目前拜耳医药保健在中国拥有两家合资公司－拜耳医药保健有限公司和拜耳（四川）动物保健公司，致力于四个业务领域：处方药、消费保健品、医学诊断及动物保健。
拜耳医药保健处方药部在全国设有6个销售大区，12个办事处，业务遍及70多个主要城市，开发、生产和销售心血管疾病、感染、内分泌、泌尿系统等领域多种高科技专利药品。
拜耳医药保健的工厂位于北京经济技术开发区，占地面积36,000平方米,是中国国内最早自觉实行GMP（药品生产管理规范）的制药厂之一。工厂于1995年至1997年期间兴建，1997年11月竣工并投产，目前生产许可证范围之内的固体和膏剂药品。此外，工厂还进行针剂药物的包装。工厂现在共拥有15条产品线，其中13条为生产和包装，另外2条为进口的成品。产品除主要供应中国市场外还出口日本。

Bayer HealthCare Plant locates at Beijing Development Area, and occupies 36,000 square meters. The BHC factory is one of the initiators in China to implement GMP regulations.Solid and semi-solid pharmaceuticals can be manufactured here. The state-of-the-art plant fulfills international GMP standards.
In addition, packaging of parenteral products is done here, all in all 15 production lines, 13 of them for production or packaging, 2 to finish imported goods. In addition to meet China market demands, the products also exported to Japan. |
