职位描述：
职能要求：
Insure the production according to the production planning and the respect of the quality:
在确保质量的前提下，保证机器按照生产计划完成生产任务。
Expected Results: （预期结果）
•Start the production machine according to the parameter form and the respect of the quality of the product.
在确保产品质量的前提下，根据参数表使用生产机械。
•Update and/or full file the parameter form if needs
在需要时，更新并填写参数表。
•Respect the maintenance planning of the machines
遵守机器维修计划。
MANAGE THE WORKER (when the Production manager is not in):
管理工人 （当生产经理不在时）
Expected Results: （预期结果）
•Manage the Production Worker: efficiency, presence, respect of the safety rules
管理生产工人：保证高效、出勤和公司的一些安全规则的实施
•Control: Organize / supervise the worker to keep the production area clear
控制仓库卫生 ：负责组织监督仓库人员仓库搞好仓库卫生
•Organize / supervise the production to archive the production objectives according to the production planning.
根据生产计划组织控制生产，以达到预期目标。
•Control the quality of the production.
控制生产质量。
组织结构：
向现注塑领班汇报。
语言要求：
会英语者优先。
