职位描述： Responsibility: Develop control software for semiconductor wafer processing equipments, which include process control, robotics control and user interface in Windows environment using C++ and C#. Build a high performance software team and lead the team to develop high quality software and meet organizational objectives. Must have a strong sense of ownership and be achievement oriented. Interact with people from other departments to develop software requirements, make commitments and release software on time. Requirement: Proficient in C and C++. Experience in Java or C# are plus. Experience in object-oriented design and programming. Programming experience with instruments and real-time systems are highly desirable. Good communication skills in English (verbal and writing). Experience in building and managing software groups. 10+ yeas of software design and coding, 1+ year of project management experience. BS/MS in computer science/computer engineering or equivalent.
