Job Scope Store & Material Administrator
-Responsible for checking and updating stock received against the appropriate paperwork (Purchase Order/Invoices etc) into mapper and SAP system.
-Accountable for putting stock into Store in the appropriate or designated place in an accurate and tidy manner.
-Determine and maintain levels of stock with due regards to usage, cost of storage, cost of inventory and expected time for delivery.
-Assist in periodic stock checks.
-Accountable for handling of all EO parts and place orders where necessary.
-Ensure all requirements determined by Quality Assurance are met, rotation of stock for lubrication purposes and obtaining certification.
-Liaise with the shop technicians to understand their requirements.
-Handling of all sundries items in accordance to established procedures and HSE requirements.
