Regarding the recruiting of newly graduated engineers for at least 6 month tra
ining in Thailand, here are some criteria that have:

1) 4 engineers- mechanical, industrial or automotive(2 female & 2 male) 
2)Fresh grad from good local Chinese universities
3)Reasonably fluent in English
4)Salary will be 15,000THB.(About 3,000 RMB) Accomodation, meals and transport
ation provided. One return ticket provided. 
5) A good personality- reasonably outgoing, friendly, hardworking and mature. 

6) Will have to sign a three year bond. If break bond, will pay 30,000 RMB.
