职位描述/要求：

HR Assistant is a temporary contractor of 6 month not regular headcount, will support local HR team at C&B, staffing, welfare functions. Related responsibilities & requirements are as below:

主要工作职责：

1. 新员工报到当日做好接待及收取相关材料

2. 员工劳动合同的签订，试用期的考核确认

3. 办理员工用工、社保、公积金、综合保险的开户及缴纳

4. 公司员工人事档案的管理及更新，包括为新进员工建立档案袋，及时对各项电子人事档案做更新处理。

5. 本地电子考勤系统数据的维护与更新

6. 参与公司各项员工活动的组织

职位要求：

1. 本科学历

2. 本地户口

3. 1年内工作或实习经验

4. 大学英语六级

5. 熟练办公室自动化技能：Excel, Word

6. 性格开朗乐观，积极向上，做事踏实、认真、负责

7. 具有较强可塑性和适应能力，为人诚实，与人友善
