In this position, you will be working as a (Sr.) software engineer in Advanced Pilot Development group. You will be responsible for test planning, tools development and test case execution for Intel(r) Viiv(TM) platform and devices, and other Digital Home pilot programs. In this position, you will be mainly focusing on software QA solution providing, test plan/suites design and/or creation, QA project execution, technical problem solving, QA automation and process optimization for Windows* and/or Linux* applications, system software and device drivers on Intel(r) Viiv(TM) platform and certified devices. You may also required to work closely with US counter-parts and ecosystem partners to provide optimized QA solution based on Intel(r) architecture.

- QA experience in test plan, framework design, test case and execution
- Familiarity with C, C++ and common script languages
- Familiarity with software QA process
- Good QA interns management skills (mainly about task management)
- Good communication and leadership skills (discussion and influence)
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge and experience in Telecom and/or Enterprise operating systems and Intel(r) architecture hardware (x86 and/or Intel XScale(r) and/or Itanium(r) architecture) would be an added advantage
- Technical experience in Digital Home related area (Set-top-box, UPnP*, Digital Living Network Alliance* (DLNA*), DHWG, TCP/IP, multimedia: mpeg2* and/or mpeg4* and gaming: DirectX* OpenGL*) would be an added advantage
