职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Research on carbon brush materials and other related technologies to advance our technical competency to our competitive edge
- Execute strategy to design/develop new carbon brush products and processes for mass production
- Transfer laboratory process to mass production, and supervise the operation
- Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers/customers on carbon brush component application requirements
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Materials Engineering or related disciplines
- Handle carbon brush materials and processing qualification
- Intensive knowledge in carbon brush material processing and production
- Experienced in carbon brush material R&D projects and production process development
- Ability to develop required carbon brush materials and related production process
- Knowledge in carbon brush application in micromotors or related businesses
- Good command of both spoken and written English
