JOB DUTIES
Daily operation duties
Daily communication with customer/suppliers/other colleagues for operational purpose
Trace and track shipment daily
System data input into Logis Air
Check all second leg. Movement with GW, airlines and handling agency
Issue invoice, HAWB, in computer system
Report to Manager if any operation problem
File keeping
Local account booking
Pre-alert to overseas offices
Finish other things manager distribute
Working Location:towndown & lukou airport
Skill: Computer, English CET -6
