广东省外国机构服务处是广东省人民政府外事办公室下属的职能部门，是外交部及广东省人民政府指定的唯一一家专门为外国驻穗总领事馆和其他官方、半官方机构提供中方雇员、馆舍用地和生活设施等外交服务并实施管理的事业性管理机构。

The British Council, operating in China as the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy, is one of the world's largest cultural relations'organizations, with operations in over 100 countries. Through our offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chongqing (from May 2000), we build partnerships between the UK and China in the fields of arts, science, education, training and development, and create opportunities for people through the provision of examinations, scholarships and training placements in the UK.
