Job Description

POSITION:IT Engineer
DEPARTMENT:
Administration
REPORTING TO:IT Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
1.IT systems infrastructure design
2.IT system daily monitor and support
3.Key IT projects support
4.IT training execution

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Major Duties:
1、IT infrastructure design, including network, servers, data backup/management, security, etc.
2、Daily system maintenance, such as supporting of network, email system, office software, PC installation, etc
3、Information Application System(say ERP, OA…) improvement and daily support
4、IT training
5、Telephone/broadband system support
6、IT devices/assets tracking
7、Data Management, such as backup, security control, restore, daily monitor, etc

Other Duties:
1、Be responsible for care and safe-keeping of all the company assets allocated
2、Be responsible for keeping safe of any confidential information of company
