Job Description 1) Billing Solution design and development for telecom industry 2) Implementation of telecom billing projects as a system designer or developer 3) Communication with local and global telecom team, partners and customers 4) Hand-on (pre-sale activities, RA, design, coding, configuration, trouble shooting, support, delivery) for telecom billing solutions Qualifications 1) Bachelor degree (or above) in communication or computer science is a must 2) Good C/C++, and Java programming skills, Java expert is preferred 3) Experience in UNIX (HP-UX is preferred) 4) Proficiency in Oracle 8i, 9i development(PL/SQL, stored procedure), DBA is preferred 5) Software engineering skills and at least 3-year experience 6) Telecom industry experience is a must 7) Experience in popular Billing /Mediation products 8) Big project delivery or technical consultant experience is highly preferred 9) Strong English speaking and writing skills 10) Stable and strong commitment to long time (e.g. 1 year ) engagement 11) Responsibility, resilience, self-motivated, self-management, independent and quick learner 12) Team work 13) Can short/long term travel
