Understanding customer needs is important so as to provide appropriate inspiration, develop solid relationships with customers and collect feedback for company improvement. 1. To develop sales of assigned products, achieve set sales target, and works closely with the sales team on presenting the right package to the selected target group. 2. Reports periodically on sales opportunities, status, and escalate to management timely to ensure opportunities are not missed. 3. Closely align with DR's vision, product management, and market management to ensure viability and professional performance of marketing activities through your experience from the day to day sales. Key qualifications: - At least 5 years relevant experience in contract selling, preferably from the furniture industry, imported Luxury goods experience an advantage. - Proven sales track record - Experienced and skilled in engaging complex solution propositions, managing multi-parties of partners, and coordinating multitudes of our company resources. - Excellent selling, interpersonal skills, communication and presentation techniques. - Mature, self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic sales environment with high target expectations. - Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin. - Prefer oversea education background Interested applicants should send current Chinese and English resume to Ms.Jen ny Wang at jenny.wang@charlesmo.com.
