要求应聘者需计算机软件或相关专业硕士以上学历或本科学历三年以上相关工作经验，具备以下一项或多项技能为佳：
1、熟练使用C/C++编程
1、熟悉MPEG2-SYSTEM，ATSC或DVB等相关标准；　
2、熟悉MPEG2，MPEG4，H264等相关音视频编解码标准；
3、熟悉精密缩放，隔行逐行格式变换，数字降噪，视频图像增强等，
4、熟悉悉Windows操作系统，有过Application以及DeviceDriver开发经验；


Responsibilities
Candidate will join our team to developing DTV solution.
Candidate will be responsible for
developing DTV software according to DVB/ATSC standards,
writing kinds of drivers, implementing kinds of DTV libraries,
designing and implementing DTV applications such as EPG and data broadcasting applications.

Qualification and Experience
- BS/MS EE or CS with proven software development experience;
- Hands-on C/C++ programming experience;
- Assembly lanuage experience such as MMX/
- Knowledge of MPEG TS or PS stream and related applications is preferred;
- Knowledge of audio and video standards such as MPEG2/MPEG4, H264, AVS, MP3, AC3, DOLBY is preferred;
- Experience in video and image processing such as scaling, noise-reduction, deinterlacing, comb-filter is strongly preferred;
- Knowledge of NTSC/PAL/SECAL is preferred
- Good written and oral communications skills in English and Chinese
- General knowledge of hardware is preferred
- Hard working and self motivated;
- Good team work and communication skills;
- Good problem-solving skills;
