职位描述/要求：
职位描述： 1.及时并准确的将公司内部合同录入至系统，并确保正确性； 2.检查生产能力、工位号、温度代码、量程、法兰压力等级等及时发现错误； 3.将错误信息记录到UNCLEAN 报告中,每PD发UNCLEAN 报告； 4.在系统中建立客户信息及地址； 5.与工程部和采购部合作提供测试支持； 6.及时整理、扫描、分类，归档合同、采购单，Q4单子等； 7.配合财务打印帐单、查水单、运费结算、做相关报告,核对进口发票； 8.随时记录、整理、总结并更新合同录入的各种注意事项； 9.配合合同管理员和其它部门做一些辅助工作和报告； 职位要求： 1.大专以上学历； 2.国际商务，经济贸易或相关专业； 3.熟练应用办公软件； 4.良好的英文沟通能力优先考虑； 5.可全职工作； 联系方式：
