1 电子工程或通信工程，硕士优先；
2 良好的无线通信、射频、系统集成知识；
3 无线通信技术相关的工作或项目经验；
4 良好的人际沟通能力；
5 愿意在高负荷条件下工作；
6 愿意出差；
7 英文良好。
