职位描述：
Production Engineer (Stamping)
Responsibilities
Support on-going manufacturing in relation to daily technical issues and engineering problems
Develop and maintain procedures and instructions for production support, implement and identify the need for training.
Establish measurements according to global key measurements.
Continuously analyse and improve production processes
Equipment and tools maintenance.
Together with sourcing department work with the localization of procurement of production equipment.
Assist the quality department to manage the implementation of quality and testing system in relation to manufacturing
Advice R&D department on product changes necessary to assure efficient manufacturing.
Assist with planning and layout of new production lines and installation of new production machinery
Transfer of new projects from overseas including ramp up.
Necessary engineering adjustments on production equipment in order to produce new products.
Requirements
University Degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
Mechanically highly skilled and with high problem solving ability
Experience from production and production methods like Kanban, JIT, Six Sigma etc
Extensive Experience from working in an engineering department
Analytical skills
Experience from working in a foreign company environment
Good Communications skills
Good command of written and spoken English
Quality oriented
