职位描述：
Our ideal candidate will be able to intervene directly on plants. He will be able to spot and understand problems and faults that could show on machines and bring them back into use.
Therefore, he will be experienced in:
Mechanics, with knowledge of basic principles of functioning of machines (drive belts, cogwheels, mechanical combinations, bolts and nuts, soldering etc.)
Electrotechnics, with knowledge of main electrical circuits (electrical motors, switches, problems of power factor connection, sizing of circuits etc.)
Pneumatics, oil-pressuring, hydraulics; with knowledge of components of circuits (valvs, distributors, cylinders, pumps etc.)
The candidate will be able to connect, together with other general workers, all the production tools (shelving, assembly lines, drills, pneumatic presses, lift trucks , printing machines etc.) to the main power line and to the main circuit of distribution of compressed air.
To carry out this task, he will be able to use:
Electrical switches, protection fuses, electrical cables etc (concerning the electrotechnical part)
Valvs, sectioning cocks, condensation dividers etc. (concerning the pneumatic part)
Subsequently, should the positioning of the production tools change, the candidate will be in charge of modifying and restoring the above mentioned links.
He will also be able, when needed, to dismantle and fix or replace any faulty mechanical and electric component of the production tools. Should more serious damages occur, the candidate will contact the original supplier of the machine/plant, to request a specialized servicing.
The maintenance man will report to the plant manager.
