Revenue Generation (supporting Growth)
-Ability to translate Mandarin to English and English to Mandarin
-To maintain an accurate filing system
-To coordinate travel arrangement for CFO
-To ensure all appointments made are properly coordinated
-To update CFO on any urgent matters
-To type letters, reports and minutes of meetings
-To prepare all presentation materials
-To ensure visitors feel comfortable and welcome
Job CompetenciesKnowledge:
-To understand the basic workings of the TNT business on a global basis and the major contacts at each site
-To understand the implications of working in a global company including time zones, cultural differences and language barriers
-To understand and follow company Policy and Procedures
Skills:
-High computer literacy
-Experienced translatior
-skill in operating other office equipment
-To coordinate meeting/seminars with a high level of efficiency & independency
-To communicate in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to a business standard
-Experienced in serving Senior Management

Health and Safety Responsibilities

-Take responsibility for the development of personal skills and competences to continually reduce risks associated with their jobs.

-Not work with any equipment that they are not competent or authorized to use.
-Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
