Recruitment招聘信息:
1. Software Engineer (2 person)  软件工程师2名
Responsibilities职位职责: 
Creating, enhancing and testing web-based software. 
Requirements职位要求: 
1). Engineering development with hands-on experience; 
2). User Interface (UI) development a BIG plus; 
3). At least 2 years of experience with all of the following technologies: HIM
L/ DHTML, Javascript, CSS, MS SQL Server; 
4). At least 4 years of experience with all of the following technologies: C#,
 ASP, NET; 
5). Data Model and Database tuning/ optimization; 
6). Experience in building large scale web applications; 
7). Great work ethic. Must thrive in fast paced, creative, dynamic team-orient
ed startup environment. 
8). Knowledge in building eCommerce website and leading team of developers is 
preferred.

2. Web Designer网站设计师 (1 person)
Responsibilities职位职责: 
Designers follow a creative brief and ensure that solutions are developed acco
rding to a pre-defined style. Designers have strong hands-on skills and are ca
pable across a wide range of current tools. Designers may prepare presentation
s and documentation, and assist in testing of projects. They are aware of tren
ds, terms and techniques related to the following:

者可协调的组织文件,并协助项目测试。具备敏锐的观察力和流行趋势洞察力,相关技术包
括:
1).Visual design 
2).Information architecture / usability 
3).Online branding 
4).Mysql, Mssql Database tool
Requirements职位要求:
1).Qualifications 
- 2+ years experience, preferably at an interactive agency, new media company 
or design firm. 
- BA in Graphic Design, or similar. 
2).Tools, techniques and skills 
- Macromedia, Xml and Html skills
- Strong production skills across wide range of tools - Flash, Photoshop, Illu
strator, Premiere, 3dsMax and others. 
- Good understanding of current online technologies and techniques. 
- Flexible design style, Strong attention to accuracy and detail. Understandin
g of fundamental usability principles. 
3).Communications 
- Fluency in reading & speaking English, good skills of writing in English & c
hinesee
- Ability to present ideas internally and externally if needed. 
- Ability to communicate with teams on status and issues. 
4).General 
- Organized, proactive, team-oriented. 
- A professional attitude to work & dress. 
- A willingness to help the company maintain its award-winning position.

1. 具有一年以上在交互式社新媒体公司或设计公司工作的经验。
2. 具有以下技能：
- Macromedia
- Xml and Html skills
- Strong production skills across wide range of tools - Flash, Photoshop, Illu

充分了解目前网站设计的应用工具和相关技术，有灵活设计的风格、较强的观察能力和分
析能力、把握正确的可行性原则。
