Job Description
* Delivers technical expertise for test solution implementation to customers in semiconductor and flat panel display industry.
* Actively contributes in various phases of the sales process from deal qualification to deal closure. Major responsibilities includes, but not limited to,
- project requirements analysis,
- product demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution,
- generally allocated by project and engineering services.
* Analyzes customer requirements, recommends appropriate solution, and ensures customer satisfaction.
* Integrates Agilent products (namely Agilent 4070/88000 series test system) and services, at the system/solutions level, into customer’s environment.
* Ensures the product functions as per specifications.
* Delivers customer training classes and consulting related to our application, as well as assist in pre-sales, as part of their tasks.
* Contributes to sales account planning. Acts as the customer voice to influence future product design that meets customer needs.
Qualification:
* Master degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome.
* Knowledge in semiconductor device physics and process technology is highly desirable.
* Knowledge in UNIX operating system, C/Visual Basic/BASIC programming languages is desirable.
* Experience in semiconductor parameter analyzers (e.g. HP 4145, Agilent 4155/6, S4200) or other measurement instruments such as oscilloscope, LCR meter, etc., would be added advantage.
* Dynamic, sociable, proactive and self-motivated personality with team spirit is desirable.
* Willing to travel for business purpose.
* Able to speak and write fluent Korean is preferred.
