Reporting To: Project Manager
Job Profile:
The position is offered to younger professional in the field of music, event, entertainment, creative industries.
The artistic manager is responsible of the music and scene part of all events. He is the one to find appropriate talents for the shows (VJ, DJ, Live bands,originals performers,interactive installation, multimedia artist,… ) and organize their tour for Jetlag
The ideal candidate should have music production and art wide knowledge.
Responsibilities:
•In office, before the events:
To source and select big names of international and local artists such as famous DJ, rock stars, Pop stars, (dancers troupes, circus,) performers, singers etc.
To negotiate with music related artists’ agent in mainland and internationally their package and conditions
To make the presentation of selected artist to the client (DJ biography etc) and to organize with artist agent locations for rehearsal and time schedule for real show
To build up database of artists and performers
To find creative ideas of show
To give all info to Tour and Project Manager and to work closely with Producer Manager who bring in the other artists(dancers)
During the events
To make sure that artist are well taken care of (hotel, transportation, restaurant etc.), to accompany performers to show and supervise them.
To ensure excellent quality of event and excellent coordination with all other performers
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• To have wide portfolio of artists and performers on international and domestic scene. To have an extensive knowledge of the music industry
Music producer, artist, DJ, are warmly welcome
• Must be willing to travel from time to time and to make compromise with pop stars and artist guests requests
• Music and sound system knowledge would be a plus
Europeans and Asian highly welcome

建立艺人及演员数据库
为演出发掘创意
将所有的信息传达给行程经理和项目经理，并与协同其他艺人一起演出的工作人员紧密合作。
活动期间，艺人经理负责：
确保艺人能得到很好的照料（酒店、交通、餐饮等），陪同他们演出并监督他们的工作。
确保活动演出的高品质并充分协调好与其他演职人员的关系。
职位要求：
至少一年在相似岗位上的工作经验。
知晓国内外艺人及演员的情况，在音乐行业拥有广博的知识。
欢迎音乐创作人士、艺人、DJ应聘。
能适应经常出差，并能与受邀艺人的行程保持一致。
具备音乐及音响专业知识。
