职位描述:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Offer pre-sales technical support and configuration advice on the full range of HP servers, storage, workstations, software & support offerings. This includes all NPIs (New Product Introductions).
2. Primary support to TSG Sales and enterprise customers in providing configurations/quotations for all TSG products
3. Provide technical support to both field and order fulfillment team
4. Managing Customer Hotlines
1. 提供售前配置报价技术支持,支持惠普全线高端产品,包括新发布产品.
2. 主要支持惠普TSG 和企业级客户.
3. 同时对商务部提供技术支持
4. 提供对销售人员的电话咨询服务
Qualifications EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED :
1. Analytical thinking
2. Ability to take on technical knowledge and apply
3. Sound communication skills
4. Delivery result within timeline
5. Team work.
6. Tertiary qualifications in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Minimum 1 year in IT field)
7. Excellent Oral and written skill of English
8. Additionally Korean desirable.
