A Golden Opportunity
In 2004, Agilent Technologies realized that it would benefit from providing comprehensive and intensive
curriculum to develop the graduated talents from leading universities in China to be excellent testing
engineers. This special initiative, called Agilent Technologies Semiconductor Test Training Program,
has brought over 62 talented recruits to our team since the program began.  These trainees have successfully
completed the full program and kick-started a promising career with us as application Engineers, Application
Development Engineers, R&D Software Engineers and many others, to support our great product -- SOC  Series
Tester and Flash Memory Series Tester. Many of them had on-job training in Asia, US and Europe. At the end
of the 1 year program, some of them were employed by Verigy in overseas countries.
This year, we continue to hire trainees for Verigy Academy Semiconductor Test Training Program.

Verigy designs, develops, manufactures and sells advanced test systems and solutions for the semiconductor
industry. Spinning off from Agilent in 2006 and building upon 65+ years of testing technology innovation,

More than a decade ago, we introduced the concept of a scalable and flexible test platform architecture,
which today spans the two general categories of semiconductor devices being tested:
--V93000 Series platform for testing System-on-a-Chip (SOC), System-in-a-Package (SIP) and high-speed memory
devices
--V5000 Series platform for testing memory devices, including flash memory and multi-chip packages (MCPs)

--Practical classroom courses followed with project-based on-job training (OJT)

Position Requirements
--2007 graduating class from top universities in China
--Masters degree in Semiconductor, Electronic Engineering, Circuit Design, Auto Control, Communications, Computer
  Science or related majors--Excellent verbal & written English
--Willingness to stay & work overseas for 2 years
--Strong interest in becoming a technical expert
--Flexibility to travel frequently
--A quick learner under heavy pressure
