职位描述: Purpose of this job: To ensure a professional, efficient and service oriented face of company towards customers, visitors and employees. The reception is the first greeting with the company whether by telephone or in person. As such the receptionist is an ambassador for the company.
Area of responsibilities:
Main Tasks:
· Professionally administer all incoming calls; ensure calls are redirected accordingly. No missing calls.
· Answer the phones politely, in a friendly manner, giving the full name of the company.
· Strictly follow up polices and process to offer a courteous and efficient service to all visitors.
· Follow up meeting booking procedure and know each meeting room condition, maximize reasonable arrangement.
· Incoming fax transferring to right receiver..
· Post service-maintain record of receiving & sending mail, deliver mail in time.
· Subscribe newspaper, magazine annually.
· Monthly mobile bill sorting.
· Name card printing, ensure information correct and deliver in time.
· Ensure monthly expense applications correct and on time.
· Ensure Stationery and office daily use supply correctly and timely.
· Ensure clean & tidy at reception area.
· Other duties as required.
Education and Experience Requirements of the Position:
Office education or some other relevant education.
· Good interpersonal skill.
· Fluent in spoken and written English.
· Team work spirit.
· Good computer skill.
· Good communication skill.
