Qualifications 

 You should be enrolled in a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Comp
uter Science. Additional qualifications include: 
- Fundamentals of microprocessor architecture, especially Core 2 Duo and Intel
&reg; Xeon&reg; processors 
- Understanding of the elements of computer systems and their performance impl
ications 
- Experience installing, configuring and optimizing with Windows* and Linux* 

- Independent problem solving and critical thinking skills 
- Experience running benchmarks such as SPECJBB*, SPECCPU*, LINPACK*, Fluent* 
would be an added advantage 
- Solid English written and verbal communication skills would be an added adva
ntage 

Responsibilities 
 
Join Intel's Digital Enterprise Group (DEG) as part of the Performance and Com
petitive Marketing Team. In this position, you will be working in a team in Sh
anghai to perform performance and competitive benchmarking for Intel's enterpr
ise platforms. You will be responsible for the set up and/or tuning of server 
configurations for performance and platform scalability testing, creating comp
arative analysis from the data, developing technical presentations of platform
 performance. The outcome is the creation of server platform proof points (emp
irical evidence that server of one platform is better than another) with the S
PECJBB* and SPECCPU* benchmarks.
