职位描述: Responsibilities:
1. You will be temp replacement for the CS administrator during your maternity leave
2.You will be trained both on-the-job and off-the-job about administration, relevant functions and jobs within 1-2 months
3.As CS administrator, your responsibilities include:
·Provide administrative support to the Customer Support department as required
·Maintain and facilitate departmental communications including mail, faxes, and literature distribution
·Order, stock and distribute office supplies for Customer Support department personnel via the MFG/Pro business system as requested by C.S. Management
·Updates, initiates, and distributes all standard Customer Support activity reports
·Review prior evenings"after hour" activity and assign follow-up calls to appropriate Technical Support Specialist each business day
·Provide other backup support as required
Job Requirements:
·University students major in English, Administration and related disciplines.(Grade 4 or Grade 3 students)
·Knowledge of PC-based software; Good English in both oral and written
·Customer oriented, Team work spirit, Good communication and administration capability. Self motivated.Can work under pressure
·Intern 6-9 months, 4-5 days works
