Own corporate training policy and system - manage daily operation and handle special cases.
Lead corporate training related projects.
Qualifications Needed:
College or Bachelor degree.
Strong collaboration skill - be able to work with diverse people effectively.
Strong thinking and problem solving skills.
Strong ownership and follow up skills.Take personal responsibility in daily job.
Competent user of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint etc.
Excellent English skills (both oral and written).
Any related working experience is preferred.
