This position is to provide standard services to both APL’s internal and external customers, including D/B service and follow-up of special accounts.
Accountabilities
-Documentation processing
-Answer customer’s daily enquiry
-Solve problems together with customer
-Coordinate within different departments
-Take care of global account
-Send loading info to party concerned to ensure consistent follow-up of special account
-Provide D/B service
Requirement
-University graduate
-Good command of spoken and written English, CET-6 or above
-Have excellent communication & inter-personal skill
-Willing to work under pressure
