3D Engineer 三坐标工程师
Responsibilities:
To be actively involved in and committed to the implementation of all the company's policies in all aspects
of the job function.
To participate fully in company projects through personnel involvement when required.
To conduct personal behavior in such a way that it protects and enhances the company's reputation.
To strive to continually improve in all aspects of work.
To collaborate in planning and implementation of fault prevention methods
To be pro-active in supporting customer and supplier.
To stop suspect deliveries to the customer and liaise with suppliers for corrective actions.
To ensure that all quality system proceudres are maintained at all times.
To support actively a good liaison between the departments regarding any quylity concern
To particiapte in quality meetings with other departments, suppliers and custormers if required
T be actively involved in problem solving with regards to continuous improvement of processes
To carry out SPC analysis to improve the quality of our products
To decide about the usage of produced parts as well as generation of reference parts
To undertake the measuring of parts in line with the measuring schedule
To carry out capability studies to support investigations and status of current production
To organise the measuring room and co-ordinate the measuring of parts in accordance with given priority
To create and maintain measuring programs
To change measuring programs to the needs of the company
To prepare and conduct the test of parts on the fatique test equipment
To manage all issues with regards to the fatique test equipment
To liase directly with the Quality and Production personnel regarding issues relating to dimensional studies
