职位描述：
Main tasks:

Participate in the search for and selection of suppliers in co-operation with the Procurement Manager with due account being taken on the overall policies and strategy of the company;

Carry through contract negotiations with suppliers and enter into frame agreements and co-operation agreements with the relevant partners of the company;

Identify alternative suppliers and ensure the suppliers' QA approval;

Prepare inquiries and evaluate incoming quotations to ensure the optimum basis for decision;

Maintain the basis for agreement and ensure communication with the suppliers and other relevant parties;

Collect and analyse statistical information.

The position holders will work in Aalborg Industries (Shanghai) Limited from the offices located in Shanghai. The company is a market leader in its sphere of business and currently holds a 50% market share in the sale of marine boilers globally.

You will be working closely with the other buyers of our company, both locally and globally, and you may expect a lot of both professional and personal challenges. Applicants must be able to work with a minimum of supervision and have a proactive, results-oriented approach to the job. In addition, it is important that you are flexible and approachable since the position represents a vast contact potential in relation to the rest of our organization and the suppliers. You must have an analytic and systematic line of approach with a keen eye for details and still not loose the broad view of things in difficult situations.

Relevant commercial experience from a purchase department of a manufacturing company is an absolute advantage. Moreover, it is essential that you posses commercial and legal skills, possibly from a previous employment or a higher mercantile or technical education. Sound knowledge of modern IT tools and knowledge of Axapta will be advantageous.

As the tasks focus on both national and international business activities within Aalborg Industries, the position implies some travel activity. Furthermore, due to the vast contact potential of the position, it is essential that you have good communicative skills. English, spoken and written, must be mastered.
