职位描述: Assignments:
-Handle and process all Supply Quality claims issued and submitted by stores
-Verify shipment details and genuineness of claims, provide feedback to relevant parties
-Conduct store claims review and approval with External Service Provider
-Supervise claims registration and credit/debit to stores, ensure data accuracy for damage KPIs
-Issue and negotiate Buyer Claims with causing parties for inbound and outbound shipments, in IKEA's best interest and according to business rules
-Co-ordinate and ensure agreed actions are carried out swiftly and properly
-Update RELAYS account system on Buyer Claims status
-Provide Supply Quality education to stores
-Ensure daily work is in line with local Supply Quality routines and IKEA general guidelines
Professional profile:
-Good knowledge of IKEA range, supply chain, shipping and distribution methods
-Basic logistics knowledge
-Systems knowledge
-Fluent in English
-Cost and IKEA's interest consciousness
Personal profile:
-Ability to take and document decisions and initiatives
-Problem solving mindset
-Co-ordination and service oriented
-Communication and negotiation skills with our different business partners
-Flexible, pro-active and open to changes and developments
