向行程经理和项目经理汇报。
协助组织活动前及活动期间的后勤安排，参加行程和活动，确保活动项目团队成员及其他人员（艺人，演员等）得到良好的照料。
负责活动前期场地调查，安排活动流程，提供联系方式等事项。
工作职责:
1.行程之前，行程经理助理负责与供应商协调，一起安排活动后勤时间表。
后勤、装饰项目的搭建、确定现场AV设备、提交调查报告
与场地和当地客户销售人员的联络
2.活动期间，行程经理助理负责：
后勤、现场装饰项目的搭建、场所的AV设备
艺人的后勤安排：机票预定、酒店预订、地面交通和餐饮
活动的执行：彩排、活动流程执行活动执行等。
活动期间为艺人提供良好的条件
3.活动后，行程经理助理主要负责
拆卸物品的后勤工作。
活动后期汇报
与场地经理和客户当地销售保持良好的关系
职位要求：
最好有在俱乐部、餐饮、电视台、展示会或旅***业的工作背景。
能适应经常出差。
有技术方面的知识尤佳。（主要指音频、视频、灯光、音响等方面的专业知识）
必须有优秀的时间管理和组织管理技巧，关注细节。
团队合作意识强，个性外向。
必须会讲中英文。欢迎中国及上海应聘者应聘。

Job Profile:
Reporting To: Tour Manager/project Manager
Assist in organizing events in term of logistic before and during events
Take part to tour and campaign by assisting tour manager so event production and related team (artist, performers) are well taken care of.
Assist in elaborating pre visit event, event rundown, contact info etc..
Responsibilities:
1. Before the tour, Tour Manager Assistant is responsible of the coordination with the suppliers to organise party schedule in term of logistic
the logistic / set up of the decoration items / AV in the clubs the pre visits in clubs and pre visit reports
the relation with venues and sales
2. During the events, the Tour Manager assistant will assist in:
the logistic / set up of the decoration items / AV in the clubs
the logistic for the artists: flight booking, hotels, ground transport, food
the execution of the party: rehearsal, rundown execution, party execution etc…
the good conditions of the artists during the events
3.After the events, the Tour Manager assistant will assist in:
dismantle of the logistic for the dismantle
Pre visit reports
the good relation with the venue manager and sales
Minimum Requirements:
Best is to have clubbing, F&B, TV, show production or touring background.
Must have ability to travel and willing to travel
Have technical abilities a plus (sound, lightning, video, music system knowledge)
Must have excellent time management and organizational skills, be detail oriented
Must be a team player and have out going personality
Must speak English, Chinese local and Shanghai applicants warmly welcome.
Have valid Chinese Driving License is a plus
