Position 1:
HP Training Documentation Engineer(China, Shanghai)

Location: Zhangjiang, Shanghai

Job Description:
-- Investigate and analyze application functional specification and business l
ogic specification
-- Investigate business requirement documentation
-- Write the training documentation (PPT) for the application in English
-- Write the user guide for the application in English

Job Requirements 
-- Good understanding of eCommerce business logic and software application fun
ctional specification
-- Excellent problem solving skills as well as defect isolation skills
-- Excellent written communication skills in English
-- Good oral communication skills in English
-- Software development background is a plus
-- User Acceptance Testing experience is a plus
-- Can shift the working time to meet US time zone is a plus
Mind set: 
-- Self motivator and fast learner 
-- Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results
-- Strong customer and quality focus
-- Good operation skills of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, V
isio, Outlook)

Position 2:
UAT Support Engineer

Job Description:
-- Investigate and analyze application functional specification and business l
ogic specification
-- Investigate business requirement documentation
-- Deliver 7*24 support service
-- Analyze the problem from the mail sent by customer; reply the mail with pro
fessional solution
-- Create and maintain application knowledge base
-- Shift the working time to meet the working time in US / Europe



 Job Requirements

-- Good oral communication skills in English
