职位描述：
Support Qimonda's designers and layouters with expert knowledge of EDA-tools Improve Qimonda's CAD system Qiway to reduce time-to-market
Develop new design concepts, design flows, and EDA-tools in order to increase the productivity
Evaluate, introduce and support EDA-tools for the verification and post-layout analysis of Flash and DRAM designs
The focus is on the following topics:
Static and dynamic verification methodologies
Simulation strategies with inclusion of extracted parasitics
Layout parasitic extraction
IR-Drop and current density analysis
Simulation tools Nanosim and HSim
Extraction tools Star RCXT and Assura
Establish and preserve a role as a competent interface between the company and external EDA vendors
Observe trends in the CAD market and technology development to be prepared for future requirements
Integrate into a global team, in close cooperation with Qimonda's design center
Ensure consistency and quality of the CAD system at different locations.
Qualifications:
Either Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering,Microelectronics or Computer Science
Experience / Knowledge in Keywords:
Skills in Unix
Skills in CAD and programming
IC design background helpful
Team oriented, love to work in young, international and highly motivated teams
Good communication and analytic skills
High grade of flexibility
Highly motivated and engaged
Required Languages:
English (Good)
Chinese (Good)
