职位描述：
Job Description:
CMOS circuit design for highly integrated dynamic memory devices (DRAMs)
Conception of analog CMOS circuits fulfilling specified requirements
Area of responsibility within one of the following fields: input receivers, off-chip drivers (OCDs), delay locked loops (DLL), memory array, generator system (includes voltage pumps, voltage regulators, voltage references)
Circuit optimization and verification by simulations using HSPICE like simulation tools as well as event driven simulators
Supervision of layout development for the circuits
Support of design characterization and analysis upon availability of hardware
Contributions towards advancement of the design methodology
Qualifications:
Either Bachelor, Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering,Microelectronics or Physics
Experience / Knowledge in Keywords:
Knowledge Regarding mixed signal CMOS circuit design
Skills in HSPICE, Cadence
Skills in Unix
Team oriented, love to work in young, international and highly motivated teams
Good communication skills
High grade of flexibility
Highly motivated and engaged
