1.Detailed understanding of assembly practices, tool selection, manufacturing and business systems, and quality control systems
2.Strong background in advanced manufacturing processes including: Just in Time, Statistical Process Control, Employee Involvement, Team-Based Management, Team Problem-Solving, Continuous Improvement.
3.Knowledge of product costing, manufacturing standards, state-of-the-art tooling systems, flexible and conventional gaging practices and procedures
4.Technical report writing skills as well as ability to prepare and present manufacturing strategies and plans

3.Excellent hands-on PC-based computer skills: word-processing; spreadsheets; databases; presentations

6.Experience traveling, and willingness to travel overseas for training and other business purposes.
