职位描述：
职责Responsibility:
1.沟通并了解各部门的培训需求并与各类培训公司保持联系以了解市场上可得的课程信息，并分析推荐适合的课程满足各部门培训需求；To communication with each department to understand training needs & to stay in touch with professional training/consulting companies that specialize in different kinds of training to know various courses available on market, meanwhile, to propose appropriate ones to meet the needs inside the company;
2.组织并安排内训和外训课程及培训项目，同时维护员工培训信息库以支持人力资源部的相关工作；To Organize and carry out both external and internal training courses or projects & to maintain Employee Training Database to support Human Resource's relevant work;
3.草拟公司新闻季刊，并对文稿进行翻译；To draft bilingual articles for Company Quarterly Journal;
4.协助总经理室的部分行政工作；To assist some administrative work in GM Office;
5.完成上级交代的其他任务。To finish other tasks assigned by leader.
要求Requirement:
1.大学文凭，人力资源专业背景，心理学学位佳；College above; HR Major Background; Psychologist Diploma preferred;
2.大学英语6级，专业英语8级优先；CET-6 at least & EMT-8 preferred;
3.精通微软办公软件，擅长Excel和PowerPoint； Proficient with MS Office, VERY STRONG in Excel and PowerPoint;
4.良好的读写能力，人际交往、沟通、理解能力；Excellent in literacy; strong interpersonal relation skill with good understanding in communication;
5.强烈而快速的学习能力；善于沟通，有原则的协作，有团队精神。Keen and fast on learning; open-minded; cooperative basing on principle; team spirit.

The screw conveyer, fitter, pressure relief valve, butterfly valve, level indicator, fluding pads, vibrator, etc. become the standard equipment for their mix station. And, WAM Company is opening up the markets of other trades constantly, in sewage disposal, chemical trade and food trade; we have already made the preliminary recognized by the market. Now, the company has already set up the office in Beijing, Chengdu and Guangzhou, have completed the sale of the national area and strategic overall arrangement at all directions of the after-sale service. |
